Take-offs and product entry made easy 

When preparing a quote, accuracy should not be at the expense of efficiency. The Door Boss makes it easy to add product to your quote both quickly and accurately with the features below. Easily turn quotes into business with a few mouse clicks. With The Door Boss, unless it changes, you will only enter the information once.  

Manage by the opening 

All products are managed by the opening, which is to say that HM doors, wood doors and hardware are added to the same "update openings" page. The system will manage the different products separately if you wish, but they are entered and displayed together, giving you a better overall perspective of the opening. 

Multi-cloning 

Most projects have similar or even identical openings on them. Our system capitalizes on this by allowing you to clone and then modify openings up to 50 times. Simply clone them, re-name them, modify them if you wish and save yourself a lot of time.  

Product groups 

Have you ever noticed that products in our industry often get used together? Good examples of this might be: hinges, lockset and a floor stop or hinges, closer, push/pull, kickplate and floor stop or even the components needed for a given toilet partition assembly. Our system lets you create your own "product groups" which can be accessed with the click of a mouse and added to your quote, saving you time and making you more productive.  

Copy and paste 

The Door Boss is equipped with the "copy and paste" functions you are already familiar with. Whether you use it on text within or outside of the system, this is a feature that is sure to increase your productivity. 

Custom products 

Custom or specialty products can be added to an opening with ease and you will retain the data, project specifically, through the sales cycle.  

Rapid project entry 

Huge productivity gains can be expected by the speed with which you will be able to build your quotes. And unless it changes, you will never having to re-enter the data, throughout the sales cycle.
