Manage by the opening 

Studies have shown that managing the product by the opening is much more effective than by the product group, as it is done with most systems. This is consistent with the way our customers think. A great example would be that a customer looking for his doors will likely want his hinges at the same time. The benefits of managing product, throughout the sales cycle, by the opening is natural for users and we are often complimented on this feature. 

Issue summary 

Issues or product releases are a great way to organize the release of product on a job. Issues are created and displayed at the issue summary by the opening. This summary displays the product included on the issue regardless of whether it is on order, shipped or already billed. This equips you with all the answers, at your fingertips, when you need to check on the job status. 

Assign issue  

This is how you will select what product gets onto which product release. All product is displayed and grouped in openings. Simply check the box beside the product to include it in the issue. When creating new issues only the remaining product is displayed making this a very fast and easy way to control the products on a job.  

Shipping and billing 

Shipping bills and invoices are created from the issue, and will process the product linked to the issue. Creating a shipping bill or an invoice is literally a few mouse clicks away. 

Active customer list 

The system will keep a list of active jobs listed under each of your customer files, making it easy to find and access active jobs. Once a job is deemed inactive, store it in the inactive file or delete it.
